This is Rhône red in full beach ready drinking mode. Ripe red berries, wild strawberry and some plum, with white pepper and dried herbs that keeping it lively in the glass. Grenache brings the juicy fruit and softness, while Syrah adds a little savoury edge and structure. Medium-bodied, supple it's perfect with pizza, grilled veg or anything involving olive oil and good bread.

Domaine du Petit Oratoire is a small Southern Rhône estate working organically and keeping things simple in the cellar. Native ferments and minimal intervention let the fruit stay front and centre, resulting in wines that feel generous, relaxed and unmistakably southern.
