Adesso Langhe Rosso

Ruby red with a touch of garnet, this blend is a mixture of red cherry, bramble, cedar, and some tobacco leaf. Vibrant fruit, soft texture, a finish that’s fresh and savoury. 

From the organic Camparo estate just east of Barolo, where Mauro Drocco works with Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, and Barbera. Each variety ferments separately before a quiet marriage in bottle, Barbera and Nebbiolo seeing a touch of oak for depth, Dolcetto kept pure in steel.
