Wild Grenache with swagger. Made from 80-year-old bush vines grown on wind-blown pebbles above Saint-Sylvestre, this is all lifted red fruit, spice, and stony freshness. Short maceration, fermented with wild yeasts, and aged in unglazed amphora, zero fining, filtering, or added sulphur.
