Podere Orto Bianco

Fresh, floral and just a little feral. This is a field blend from volcanic soils at 700m, offering citrus pith, mountain herbs and stony grip with a touch of funk for good measure. High-altitude winemaking at its most characterful.

Podere Orto is a tiny domaine nestled between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria. Giuliano and Simona left behind their old life in Rome to pursue a quieter, wilder vision of farming. The vineyard chose them, and they’ve been letting nature take the lead ever since. Everything here is hand-planted, hand-harvested and vinified without additives.
