Orchards & Method: Full-juice sparkling wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites. Orchard blend of Michelin, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Tale Sweet, Tommy Knight, Cats Head and Tremlett’s Bitter. 6.8% ABV.

Bright and lively this is sparkling cider with serious snap. There’s a lovely yuzu-like citrus edge straight away, followed by sherbet brightness and a grippy, slatey minerality. 

The orchard blend gives it both lift and structure, with bittersweet fruit bringing depth underneath all that citrusy freshness. It’s a brilliant food cider, especially with salty, savoury dishes, oily fish, shellfish, quiche, risotto, or a good chunk of sharp cheddar or goat’s cheese.
