Domaine Verdier-Logel are among the few keeping the tiny Côtes du Forez appellation alive. Perched on the volcanic slopes of the Massif Central, they farm organically, coaxing energy and elegance from their granite-rich soils. Using semi-carbonic fermentation, they capture Gamay’s juiciest, most playful side while staying true to the rugged landscape it comes from.
