Domaine Mosse is a benchmark natural producer in Anjou. Agnès and René Mosse started the estate in 1999 after running a wine bar in Tours and training under Thierry Puzelat. From the start, they’ve farmed organically with biodynamic treatments, working mainly with Chenin, Grolleau and Cabernets on schist-rich soils near the Layon.
