This is a Cabernet with a lighter touch: blackcurrant and plum with a brush of cedar and pepper. Medium-bodied, supple, and quietly moreish from that concrete-ferment clarity.

Bruno & Thama Trigueiro (former architects from São Paulo) farm around Puimisson in the Languedoc (Côtes de Thongue). The estate has been organic for decades and biodynamic since 2017, working clay-limestone soils with spontaneous ferments and a light touch to keep fruit and location front and centre.
