La CinsO
La Cinso is charmingly expressive, built around juicy red fruits with raspberries and strawberries at the core, lifted by a bright, crunchy cranberry note and a touch of wild herbs. Nice and easygoing, it’s soft-tanned and approachable rather than heavy, with a vibrant, drink-anytime energy that makes it perfect for relaxed dinners, charcuterie boards or lightly grilled fare.
Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot brought Burgundian sensibilities and rigorous attention to detail to the Languedoc when they chose this classic southern terroir for their project. Farming organically on old sites with a focus on native yeasts and gentle winemaking, they let each grape variety sing in its purest form and with La Cinso, Cinsault gets to shine as a refreshing, fruit-driven red rather than a supporting act.
