Bruno & Thama Trigueiro (Brazilian ex-architects turned Languedoc vignerons) work an old Puimisson estate (Vin de France / Côtes de Thongue) that’s been organic for decades and now certified biodynamic. The cellar ethos is minimal-intervention with spontaneous ferments and just a touch of SO₂ at bottling.
