A juicy, dark-fruited red from Gols in Burgenland, Ink is a blend of Zweigelt with a little St. Laurent. Hand-picked fruit, spontaneous ferment in stainless, about 10 days on skins, then ageing in old barrels. It’s bright and supple, with crunchy berries, a hint of spice, and easy drinkability.
Judith Beck farms biodynamically around Lake Neusiedl and works with a minimal-intervention mindset, letting native yeasts and gentle élevage lead. The goal is purity and texture over makeup, which you can taste in the clarity and lift of this cuvée
