Light, lively and gluggable, this is Cornish cider built for sunny afternoons. Crisp citrus and lemony freshness lead the way, followed by juicy yellow nectarine and clean orchard fruit. It’s dry, zippy and refreshing, with enough gentle bittersweet character underneath to give it shape without slowing things down. Seafood, antipasti, grilled chicken, or just a cold bottle in the garden.

Ripe is the small South East Cornwall cidery of Georgie and Cameron, working with 11 acres of ecologically managed, unsprayed orchards. Everything is handpicked and fermented with the wild yeasts naturally present on the fruit, with no added sulphites or other additives. Their whole project is rooted in protecting traditional orchards and making low-intervention cider that belongs on the dinner table as much as it does in the sunshine.
