Bright, juicy, and totally unfiltered, this is Tempranillo with its shirt untucked. All cherry, plum, wild herbs and a splash of spice, wrapped in soft tannins and just enough grip. Fermented with wild yeasts, bottled without filtration, and made with zero pretence.

Crafted by Gonzalo Grijalba, who named it Gran Cerdo  “Big Pig” as a middle finger to the bankers who wouldn’t finance his dream. The wine’s a riot. The label’s iconic.
