A textural English Pinot Blanc with more rhythm than Ginger Baker.

A hazy, textural white from the UK’s natural wine crew. Mostly Pinot Blanc from Crouch Valley with a splash of Kent-grown Chardonnay. The Pinot is treated three ways: direct press, whole bunch maceration and destemmed skin contact. It’s then blended and aged in amphora, old oak and acacia.

Made in Wiltshire by Daniel & Nicola Ham (Offbeat), who are quietly turning out some of the UK’s most exciting low-intervention wines. Bright, layered and completely free of additives.
