Croix Neuve comes from vines rooted in limestone soils near the Étang de Thau, where the salt air drifts through the vineyard. Made by Les Costières de Pomerols with minimal intervention, it’s Picpoul in its simplest form: clean, vibrant, and quietly evocative of the coastline it calls home.
