Cosi Langhe Nebbiolo

A lifted, elegant Nebbiolo that feels classic yet easygoing, with bright red cherry and raspberry, rose petal perfume, and a hint of dried herb that keeps it lively rather than heavy. There’s fine acidity and gentle tannin grip, enough structure to make it feel serious, but with a mid-weight, drink-anytime energy that avoids austerity. Perfect with light ragu, grilled veg, or anything with a bit of salumi on the side.

Camparo is a family-run project in the Langhe focused on organic farming and minimal cellar intervention, letting the purity of Nebbiolo and the soils speak for themselves. Fermentations are native and the wine sees ageing in large, old oak so nothing masks the fresh, vibrant fruit. It’s Nebbiolo that’s attentive to tradition but made for sharing rather than fussing over.
