5 O’Clock Wines Orange

Orange blossom and acacia lead into dried apricot and quince, with enough skin-contact texture to give it shape while keeping everything fresh and gluggable. 

Made in the Haut-Var by the team behind Mad Med and Domaine de la Mongestine, a young organic estate around 50km east of Aix-en-Provence. Mediterranean warmth gives the wine its ripe, aromatic fruit, while the domaine’s clay-limestone soils help retain the freshness and tension that stop it feeling broad or heavy.
