Valli Rosso

A bright red from the hills of Piemonte, all sour cherry, wild herbs, and a touch of smoke. A blend of Barbera, Dolcetto, Croatina and a splash of Cortese, fermented and aged in cement with minimal sulphur and no filtration. Juicy, raw, and full of rustic charm.

Made by Valli Unite, a co-op founded over 30 years ago by three friends merging vineyards to preserve old-school farming. Today, they farm organically with real intention, using sickles, green manure, and compost from their own cattle.
