Undici Nerello Mascalese

Light, pale and volcanic, this is classic Etna Nerello Mascalese, sour cherry, wild strawberry and blood orange, with a smoky, ashy edge that keeps it taut and savoury rather than fruity. Fine-boned, food-friendly and brilliant with a slight chill, it’s elegant, restrained and very easy to keep pouring.

Undici is a collaboration between Terroirs Project and Andrea Vesco, working organically on Etna’s slopes with a low-intervention approach in the cellar.
