Spèrgle

A rare gem from the hills of Emilia-Romagna, made from the almost-forgotten native grape Spergola. This is a golden-hued white with just a hint of skin contact, it's lightly textural, gently herbal, and full of orchard fruit.

Produced by Marco Bertoni, who founded Il Farneto in the 1990s to bring natural farming back to this region of Lambrusco! With low-intervention winemaking and a deep respect for local varieties, this is Emilia-Romagna at its most exciting.
