A Los Vinateros Bravos is the personal project of Leonardo Erazo, working with 100+ year-old, unirrigated, ungrafted vines on granitic soils. Fermented in concrete and amphorae with zero intervention, the wines echo Itata’s original Pipeño tradition: rustic, vibrant, and totally alive.
