Picpoul de Pinet

Crisp, salty and thirst-quenching, this is Picpoul doing exactly what you want it to do. Crunchy green apple, lime zest and pear lead into peach, grapefruit and a subtle aniseed note, with bright acidity and a sea-spray freshness running through the finish. It has a little more texture than your average Picpoul, but still stays clean and dry. Oysters are the obvious move, although any seafood, grilled fish or salty snack will be very happy alongside it. 

Domaine Félines Jourdan has been owned by the Jourdan family since 1983, with Claude Jourdan at the helm. Their vineyards sit close to the Mediterranean and the oyster beds of the Étang de Thau, where cooling sea air helps preserve the grape’s natural freshness. The estate blends fruit from three local terroirs, giving the wine a little extra depth without losing that classic Picpoul snap.
