Light to medium-bodied, gently textured and complex, it’s elegant rather than heavy, and ridiculously easy to keep sipping.
Apostolos Thymiopoulos is one of the modern greats of Naoussa, farming organically on stony high-altitude sites and letting native grapes and native yeasts do the talking. Gentle extraction and time in large oak keeps things pure and expressive, more about place than polish.
