Bright, lifted Xinomavro from the hills, all sour cherry, red berry crunch and a soft floral note, with that savoury edge and refreshing acidity that makes Naoussa so food-friendly. Light to medium-bodied, gently textured and  complex, it’s elegant rather than heavy, and ridiculously easy to keep sipping.

Apostolos Thymiopoulos is one of the modern greats of Naoussa, farming organically on stony high-altitude sites and letting native grapes and native yeasts do the talking. Gentle extraction and time in large oak keeps things pure and expressive, more about place than polish.
