Mino Carbo 2023

A light, glou-glou red from the Alps. Half the grapes go through carbonic maceration, half spend five days on skins before wild fermentation in stainless steel. The result: bright cherry and violet, soft tannins, and alpine freshness. Unfiltered, unsulphured, and pure.

Matteo Furlani farms organically at 750 m on the Vigolana Plateau. His wines are made without additions, capturing altitude, limestone, and natural energy. These bottles feel like mountain air in liquid form - magic stuff!
