Sarris - Lygia

A textured, skin-contact white from Kefalonia, made from the rare local grape Tsaoussi. Two weeks on skins brings notes of dried apricot, orange peel, and herbal tea, with soft tannins and a stony, mineral edge.

Sarris Winery was founded by Panos Sarris, a sommelier‑turned‑winemaker, who returned to his native island to make wines that honour local varieties and minimalist methods.
