From Château Picoron, a small organic estate on Bordeaux’s right bank, where Australian owners Jane and Glayne Olsson work with minimal intervention. This single-plot Merlot is fermented in barrel and aged in French oak for 16 months, drawn from clay-limestone soils overlooking St-Émilion.
