Vinos Inacayal is a low-intervention project from Chile, founded by expat consultant Luca Hodgkinson. Working with sustainable growers in Colchagua Valley, they use old-vine, dry-farmed fruit to craft bright, expressive wines with native yeasts, minimal interference, and maximum drinkability.
