Stone fruits and orchard crunch collide with crisp green apple and white pepper spice, all wrapped in focused, fine acidity. The palate brings a touch of richness from lees contact, but it never loses that signature Grüner lift.

Eschenhof Holzer is run by Arnold Holzer, the fifth generation farming organically in Wagram. With loess-clay soils and minimal handling, this Grüner reflects its place beautifully and drinks easy breezy.
