Blackcurrant, rose petals, and a flicker of cocoa, this Cab Sauv and Abouriou blend is juicy, structured, and seriously clean. Whole-bunch and semi-carbonic fermented, aged in cement, unfiltered and unfined. Earthy, vibrant, and lifted.
Made by the irrepressible Stéphanie Roussel in the Lot-et-Garonne near Marmande. Château Lassolle is certified biodynamic, additive-free, and aged in amphora, all soundtracked in the cellar by Pink Floyd or Mozart on loop. Because of course it is.
