East Field - Pinot Noir 'Early' - 2024

East Field – Pinot Noir “Early” 2024 is all wild cherry, soft spice and mineral lift, light, pure and quietly poised. Made from Pinot Noir Précoce (an early-ripening cousin of Pinot Noir), fermented with wild yeasts and 40% whole bunch, then aged in stainless with zero additions.
