East Field - Pinot Blanc - 2022

East Field – Pinot Blanc 2022 is one for the wine people—oxidative, textural, and quietly serious. Think bruised apple, lemon pith, salted almonds and a flick of flor funk (that’s the yeast veil that adds savoury, nutty, sea-breeze notes), with 22 months in old French oak lending weight without heaviness.
