Les Vignerons d’Estézargues is a southern Rhône co-op near Avignon, known for vinifying each grower’s fruit separately with native yeasts and minimal sulphur. Cuvée Z blends Grenache, Syrah and Carignan from organically farmed vineyards, made to showcase pure fruit and terroir.
