Cuvée Révolutionnaire Colombard (Alcohol Free)

Bright, crisp and genuinely refreshing, this is alcohol-free white that still feels like wine. Pear, peach and citrus zest lead the way, with lively acidity and a clean, zippy finish. Colombard is naturally brilliant at bringing freshness, so there’s plenty of lift here without it feeling thin or overly sweet. Cold glass, sunshine, seafood, salads, done.

Moderato work with classic grape varieties from Gascony and the wider South West, making the wines traditionally before carefully removing the alcohol. Their low-temperature vacuum process is all about hanging onto as much of the original aroma, freshness and structure as possible, rather than simply making something wine-flavoured.
