Made from Negroamaro, grown on limestone soils in northern Puglia, it’s bright, slightly wild, and slips down far too easily. The litre format just makes sense, because we all need that bit extra! 

Calcarius is the project of Valentina Passalacqua, who farms organically in the mineral-rich Gargano region and bottles her wines with signature chemistry-style labels which is a nod to the calcium-heavy soils that give the wines their lift and zing.
