Bourgueil "Bretêche"

This is a real classy wine. Crushed violets, pencil shavings, forest floor. There’s structure, but it doesn’t shout, just a gentle grip and long, leafy finish. One for slow-cooked things, candlelight, or conversations that wander.

Domaine de la Chevalerie is all about quiet detail: biodynamic farming, old vines, and single-plot wines that whisper their origin. Bretèche is their stoniest parcel  and it shows in the wine’s cool-fruited precision and poise.
