Orchards & Method: Full-juice sparkling wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites, aged for 8 months in oak barrels. 70% Sweet Alford, blended with Browns, Hocking’s Green, Lord of the Isles and Cats Head. 6.7% ABV.

Bright and energetic, this is sparkling Cornish cider with real class. Honeydew melon and grapefruit lead the way, backed by crisp minerality and a clean, dry finish that keeps everything taut and mouth-watering. The oak ageing adds just a hint of vanilla and a little extra roundness. 

It’s a brilliant food cider too, right at home with shellfish, grilled white fish, light salads, risotto, feta, goat’s cheese or charcuterie.
