Trousseau Grevilliere
£35.00 GBP
From 50-year-old vines in Arbois, this is Trousseau with real depth and lift. Wild-fermented and aged 24 months in oak, it’s a deep garnet pour with expressive notes of wild cherry, mulberry, and warm spice. The palate is delicate but focused, with fine tannins, juicy acidity, and a little pine sap on the finish.
Made by Philippe and Mélanie Dugois, farming organically in Arbois and carrying on a family legacy of soulful, site-driven wines.
