Bright Rhone sunshine in a bottle. Juicy red-and-black berries meet cracked pepper and wild herbs, backed by taut acidity and just enough grip. Fermented on skins for three weeks, unfined and lightly aged on lees in concrete. 

Château Saint‑Cyrgues sits on ancient monastic land in Saint-Gilles, near Nîmes. Jean-Pierre and Loïc Lefaud took the estate organic in 2015 and have since been on a steady mission: simple, honest Syrah from one of the sunniest corners of southern France
