A pure Syrah from Minervois that bridges north and south -  bright, peppery, and finely polished. Notes of blackberry, olive tapenade, and violets glide through a sleek, juicy frame. Fermented with native yeasts and aged partly in steel and neutral oak, it’s fresh and modern, with the precision you’d expect from Burgundy hands in southern soil.

Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot joined forces to explore the Minervois terroirs of Cazelles, bringing Burgundian finesse to Languedoc fruit. The partnership yields wines that are clean, balanced, and deeply expressive. This is proof that elegance and ripeness can share the same glass.
